She pursued her education at Murray State College, where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Management. Continuing her academic journey, Cordelia obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Counseling and later a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration, both from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.
With over 14 years of experience in business administration, Cordelia has honed her skills in leadership, strategic planning, and customer service.
